Terms of Use

This page sets out the rules for using the Setec Studio portfolio and the responsibilities that apply when you browse the work, request a quote, or commission a project.

Scope of the service

Setec Studio is an independent graphic design and art direction practice. The portfolio on this site documents past branding, editorial, packaging, and printed campaign work. Viewing the site does not create a client relationship. A project begins only after both parties sign a written brief that defines the deliverables, the timeline, and the production method.

Use of portfolio content

All images, type systems, color palettes, and case studies shown here are the property of Setec Studio or its clients. You may reference the work in your own research, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or adapt any piece without written permission. If you want to use a project as a reference for a pitch or an article, contact us first and we will confirm what is allowed.

Client responsibilities

When you commission a project, you agree to provide accurate brand information, honest feedback at each review stage, and final approval before production begins. Delays in feedback may shift the delivery date. You are also responsible for clearing rights to any third-party material you supply, such as photographs, logos, or text that did not originate from Setec Studio.

Limitation of liability

Setec Studio delivers design files and printed materials as agreed in the written brief. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption that may follow from the use of a delivered piece. Our total liability for any single project is limited to the amount paid for that project. This clause does not limit liability where local law does not allow such a restriction.

Termination and revisions

Either party may end a project by written notice if the other side fails to meet a material obligation. In that case, you pay for the work completed up to the termination date. Revisions are limited to the number stated in the brief. Additional rounds of changes are quoted separately before they start, so there are no surprise costs at the end of the process.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page when the way we work changes, for example when we add a new service or adjust our production workflow. The version posted here is the one that applies at the time you submit an inquiry. For legal questions about these terms, write to info@seteccr.com and we will respond within five working days.

We use cookies to keep the site reliable, remember basic choices, and understand which pages are useful. You can accept, reject, or review the settings before continuing.
